E-TRAININGS

Mekong Institute has launched a series of e-trainings in green freight logistics, cross-border trade, special economic zone management, and smart tourism to continue its work in supporting human resource development and capacity building across the Greater Mekong subregion.

Tailored to suit the requirements of governments, business groups, the academe, and private sector, the e-trainings are a blend of live online sessions and self-paced learning for optimum knowledge retention and transfer. The highly-participative, engaging, and comprehensive virtual modules are facilitated by international and regional thematic area experts who will guide participants through theoretical approaches, strategic best practices, and innovations.

Complementing these didactic sessions are online individual presentations and group activities to foster knowledge exchange of country-specific experiences and strengthen partnership-building among participants as part of MI’s mission in promoting deeper regional connectivity and cooperation among representatives from Cambodia, P.R. China, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Continuous evaluation and feedbacking will also be practiced in each e-training course. Participants will complete quizzes and assignments, as well as assess the effectiveness of MI's e-training materials and processes through survey forms to ensure effective, quality, and meaningful ways of online learning.
